1. Longtime Boulder City Council critic Seth Brigham is moving from the city that has made him famous. Brigham will be leaving Boulder for the friendly confines of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
That’s too bad–I wanted to interview him.
2. There was another bear near the CU-Boulder campus. Instead of tranquilizing the bear and providing another priceless “falling bear” photograph, the bear was allowed to walk away un-tranquilized.
Thank god I don’t live near these bears.
3. The 3rd annual Sports Authority Rock ‘n’ Roll Denver Marathon & ½ Marathon to benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation will take place Saturday, September 22nd. The race starts at 7:15 a.m. There will be live local bands at every mile of the event. Alan Culpepper, Event Operations Director and U.S Olympian will be on the show to discuss the event.
